1. Cards remain the property of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Co., Ltd.
2. Cards can only be used in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Company.
3. 5 year card life starts from date of first entry at an Automatic Gate. Value can only be added to unexpired cards.
4. For the first issue:
- Non-refundable card issuing fee of 30 Baht
- No traveling deposit of 30 Baht
- Initial value is as specified by the Company
5. Value added to cards must be according to increments as specified by the Company. Maximum value of BTS SKY SmartPass is 2,000 Baht (including traveling deposit).
6. Stored value should be used within 2 years from date of last transaction, after which any remaining value will not be refunded, replaced with a new card/ticket, transferred to another card/ticket, or exchanged for items of equivalent value.
7. Penalty for misuse is as specified in Conditions of Issue.
8. Card fee and charges are not applicable for replacement cards, except where misused.
